With 18 plus years of insurance industry experience, I knew from the start that insurance was the industry for me. In record time, I rose from my very first position as receptionist to Customer Service Representative, and then moved in an accelerated fashion to Customer Service Representative, first in Personal and then Commercial Lines Insurance. I earned my professional certification designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 2001.

Quickly moving to management, I was promoted to Commercial Lines Manager for insurance agencies in Gaithersburg and Bethesda, MD, managing agents and support staff as well as large volume of accounts.

My most exciting moment came when my husband, Peter and I launched Brock Insurance Services, our independent insurance agency in Bethesda, Maryland. We proudly offer:

I have specialized in customer service for over 30 years. Prior to becoming an independent agent, I worked for Automatic Data Processing (ADP) assisting clients in the software division implementation for Auto Dealerships.

My work prior work experience gave me a full appreciation for what it means to provide excellent client service. My transition to the insurance industry was a smooth one, and my role as insurance advisor reflective of my commitment to providing the best possible service to my clients. Simply stated, "Delighting clients delights me!"

Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance, I received my degree in Business Administration from Roanoke College in 1973.
