Prior to opening Brock Insurance Services, Inc., I was a customer service representative, producer and manager for an ERIE insurance agency in Bethesda and Gaithersburg Maryland from 1994 to 2008.

Licensed for Property and Casualty Insurance in 1993 and Life & Health Insurance in 1996. In 2001 I earned the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). I’m proud to offer you the following:

I have specialized in customer service for over 30 years. Prior to becoming an independent agent I worked for Automatic Data Processing assisting clients in the software division implementation for Auto Dealerships.

My work experience over the years gives me the advantage to provide our clients with excellent customer service. I earned a degree of Business Administration from Roanoke College in 1973. I hold a license in Property and Casualty Insurance.
